Job: IT Trainer – 4 Year Contract

We need a high profile IT trainer with IT background, IT Training background and Instructional designing background.

1. Strong IT COTS implementation background
2. Strong IT training and Instructional Design background.
3. One who can do Custom Programming to implement new software in an existing robust IT environment.
4. Be able to prepare Training manuals. Be able to provide on-site customer support, be able to assist with preparing and updating training manuals.
5. Be able to conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis with end users for determining training needs of the end user community;
6. Great organizing skills and writing skills and presentation skills.
7. Be able to work with stringent dead lines.

Very Important: The person needs to be able to clear a very strict criminal background check to be conducted by the clients. There will be a 5 week paid training on the product in Plano TX followed by a 4 year project in Annapolis and in general Maryland state locations.
